CRISS Product Questions
Where do I manage my account?
First, log in to the site. After you are logged in click on the "Account Management" tab. After you click on the account management tab you will see three links on the orange bar you can use to manage your information.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Can I make copies of the DVDs for friends?

Can I return this is I'm not satisfied?

What if the product is defective?
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, please contact us at
customerservice@tycoonresearch.com or by calling 1-877-489-2666 within 2 business days of receiving the product and Tycoon Publishing will replace the item. We will issue you an RMA number with instructions to return the item. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective will incur a $99 restocking fee.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We only charge a restocking fee for products returned without an RMA number.
Items returned without an RMA number will incur a $99 restocking fee, even if it is shipped within 30 days from delivery date. We also charge a restocking fee on items not in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for returned items?

While we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products, we can not refund shipping charges. Products must be returned prepaid.

New Member Assistance
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are processed between 24 and 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days for orders being shipped within the Continental U.S. Approximate expected transit times are as follows:
- Ground shipping in the continental U.S. - 5 to 7 business days.
- AK / HI - 5 to 14 business days.
- Canada - 5 to 14 business days (not withstanding customs delays)
- Overseas (internationally) - 10 to 20 business days (not withstanding customs delays)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Arrival time for orders placed outside North America will vary but generally arrive in 2-4 weeks. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you feel your order has been unduly delayed, please contact

Note: International customers may be charged customs fees or taxes by their respective countries.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately because of the high value of this item, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We need a physical address to ship this item.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
Yes, because of the high value of this product we require an adult signature for delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by UPS drivers.
What if my shipment arrived damaged?
All orders shipped via UPS are insured. However, we are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper. In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us within 2 business days by contacting us at
customerservice@tycoonresearch.com or by calling 1-877-489-2666 for assistance in resolving the matter.
Can I pick up my product?
Unfortunately we are not set up for local pick-up. We have hired a specialized fulfillment house in order for us to concentrate on what we do best - provide you with solid stocks and investing information.
